The scottie is made from one of my favorite patterns. It comes from an old German book that is now out of print. I like the shape, but I try to add my own embellishments to make it more interesting; hence the vintage glass button eyes and velvet collar. Also the plaid -- I thought it looked sort of "designer." The bunny pencil case I copied from this neat little book:
